Renter’s insurance is required of all Park Place | Township tenants. Proof must be shown before move-in.
ParkPlace | Township prohibits smoking inside any apartment home and all indoor/outdoor amenities.
We are a Comcast cable or internet property. Satellite dishes are approved under certain circumstances.
